Exam Pattern
The examination consist of three papers of two sessions
Paper I: 60 Questions (50 Compulsory) consist of 100 Marks
II: 50 Questions consist of 100 marks
Paper III: 75 Questions Consist of 150 marks

The UGC NET qualifying marks for General category candidates is 40% (40 Marks) in Paper I & II and 50% (75 Marks) in Paper III respectively.
